This site is provided as a service to our customers. Please review the following Terms of Business that govern your use of our web site and please note that your use constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Business.
If you do not agree to all these Terms of Business, you should not use this Web Site.
All orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours. If we are unable to dispatch within this period we will contact you to arrange a mutually agreed alternative date. If we cannot agree another date, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
Return a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item:
What to do if you've received a damaged, defective or incorrect item from Vinylshrine. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
If the item was damaged in transit:
If your delivery has been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange. Please e-mail us at email@example.com
If the item is defective (within 30 days of receipt)
You have the right to return a faulty item. Please keep your invoice / delivery note number as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and will arrange to replace the defective goods or arrange for a full refund
If you have ordered the wrong goods (within 7 days of receipt)
As soon as you find out you have ordered an incorrect item, please e-mail us at email@example.com . Send the incorrect item back to us and we will arrange to refund you the item.
Cancellation of Purchase
If you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a full refund of the purchase price within a maximum of 30 days, subject to the following:-
You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 7 days of receipt of delivery of the goods purchased.
You must return the goods unused and in good condition in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the return carriage costs.
